Bridgeview Eye Partners is looking for a Training Specialist who is energized by teaching, mentoring, and supporting team members in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in medical or Optometry who enjoys mentoring others and helping teams succeed. While optical training will be a primary focus, this position may also support and develop team members in Patient Services and Clinical Technician responsibilities, creating a well-rounded and collaborative learning experience across the organization.

Wage will be based on knowledge, skills, and experience
What You Will Do
  • Deliver engaging and effective training to new hires following established training materials and learning pathways
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Optical while helping team members learn the fundamentals of Patient Services and Clinical Technician responsibilities
  • Support Practice Managers with ongoing staff development and continued education
  • Provide consistent updates regarding employee training, progress and performance
  • Conduct staff assessments during key phases of training
  • Assist with efficiency and workflow improvement projects through cloud application software and resource development
  • Partner with leadership and the training team to support educational events and development initiatives
  • Promote a positive, professional, and team-focused learning environment
