About the Position

We are currently seeking a Bridge Engineer with 4+ years of related experience to join our growing team in the Atlanta, GA area. The ideal candidate is ready to take the next step in their career by contributing to bridge design and analysis, supporting bridge maintenance inspection work, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and leading project delivery for the firmโ€™s Bridge Practice. In this role, the successful candidate will work on a variety of bridge and transportation projects across multiple markets and geographies, including design, analysis, inspection, and maintenance-related assignments. This position offers opportunities to broaden technical knowledge, strengthen design and inspection judgment, and grow into increasing project responsibility. We are seeking a collaborative, self-motivated engineer who produces high-quality work, communicates effectively, and is eager to continue developing professionally.

Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited college or university
  • PE license preferred; or active pursuit of PE licensure will be considered
  • 4+ years of related bridge design experience
  • Experience supporting bridge design calculations, plan production, technical reports, quantity estimates, and coordination with project teams
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, manage multiple assignments, communicate clearly, and produce high-quality work with attention to detail
