A brewer is responsible for producing beer by overseeing the entire brewing process, from selecting and preparing ingredients to fermenting, filtering, and packaging the final product. They manage recipes, monitor equipment, and ensure that the beer meets quality and safety standards. Brewers may work in craft breweries, large commercial facilities, or brewpubs, and often handle cleaning, maintenance, and record-keeping tasks as well.
