What are breakfast restaurants?

Breakfast restaurants are dining establishments that primarily serve breakfast foods, such as eggs, pancakes, waffles, bacon, and coffee, often during the morning hours. Some breakfast restaurants may also offer brunch or lunch menus, but their main focus is on traditional breakfast cuisine. These restaurants can range from small local diners to large chains and may offer sit-down or takeout options. What are some common challenges faced by team members working in breakfast restaurants, and how can they be managed?

Team members in breakfast restaurants often deal with early start times, high customer volume during peak morning hours, and the need for quick service.
