What does a Breakfast Manager do?

A Breakfast Manager oversees the breakfast service operations in restaurants, hotels, or cafes. Their responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring food quality and safety, coordinating kitchen and front-of-house teams, and maintaining inventory.
