What does a breakfast manager do?

A Breakfast Manager oversees the breakfast service operations in restaurants, hotels, or cafes. Their responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring food quality and safety, coordinating kitchen and front-of-house teams, and maintaining inventory. They also handle customer service issues during breakfast hours and ensure the dining area is clean and welcoming.
