Job description

Introduction:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable Sales Associate to join our team and provide excellent customer service across breakfast, lunch, and pastry service. This role is responsible for setting up and maintaining the service area, preparing and serving food and beverages, assisting guests with their selections, and ensuring a positive overall experience throughout the day. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be organized and efficient, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Set up and maintain the breakfast area, including laying linens, setting up tableware, and arranging centerpieces
  • Prepare and serve breakfast items, such as eggs, bacon, and pastries, as well as coffee, tea, and other drinks
  • Ensure that the breakfast area is clean and well-stocked at all times
  • Assist guests with any questions or needs they may have
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism
  • Other duties as assigned (serve lunch and pastries)

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
