What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a breakdown coordinator?

To thrive as a Breakdown Coordinator, you need strong organizational skills, logistics knowledge, and often experience in fleet or operations management. Familiarity with dispatching software, GPS tracking systems, and incident reporting platforms is typically required. Building good relationships with service providers and utilizing fleet management software can help streamline processes and reduce response times, making the role more manageable and successful.
