Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous communication and direction to drivers, shops, and vendors regarding breakdown events.
  • Utilize the TMT RoadCall program to document issues, vendor information, and repair plans, ensuring DOT compliance.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails from drivers, vendors, and internal teams in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Follow up with vendors to obtain invoices for processing in the TMT system and upload them to Synergize.
  • Assist in planning, communicating, and scheduling preventative maintenance tasks with drivers and operations teams.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must pass drug screening and be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Demonstrated proactive and helpful attitude with the ability to adapt to varying schedules and hours.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and effectively communicate with drivers.
  • Preferred experience in mechanical, computer, and phone operations.
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
