The Sports Card Breaker is responsible for hosting live sports card pack and box breaks, engaging an online audience, and ensuring accurate and professional handling of all products. This role combines customer engagement, product knowledge, and precision handling to deliver an exciting and high-quality live-stream experience. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, knowledgeable about sports cards, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy live broadcast environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Live Stream Hosting & Engagement

  • Host live-streamed sports card breaks in a professional and engaging manner.

  • Present packs, boxes, and individual cards clearly to the camera for the audience.

  • Provide accurate commentary on card details, rarity, player significance, and market value.

  • Interact with the live chat, answer viewer questions, and encourage audience participation.

  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude while on-air and supporting team dynamics.

Product Handling & Accuracy

  • Carefully open, sort, and display trading cards to protect product integrity.

  • Follow established procedures for processing orders and handling high-value items.

  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure efficiency and minimize errors.

  • Verify order accuracy and fulfill customer requests during and after live breaks.

Team & Operational Support
