Job description

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Bread Route Distributor to join our team in Sterling, VA.

This position includes delivering fresh bread products to customers on an assigned route, providing excellent customer service, and helping build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver bread products to customers on time
• Load, unload, and handle products safely
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional way
• Keep delivery and inventory records organized
• Use basic math for pricing and transactions
• Drive safely and follow all traffic rules
• Offer additional products to customers when possible
• Maintain good relationships with customers

Schedule:
• 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• Days off: *Sunday and Wednesday
• In person position in Sterling, VA

Pay:
• Commission based
• Average pay is around $750-1000 per week

Qualifications:
• Previous route driving or sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Must be reliable, organized, and hardworking
• Strong communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Comfortable with physical work and lifting
• Must have a valid driver’s license
