About the Role:
Join our team at Great Harvest Bread Co in Burke, VA, where we are seeking passionate Farmers Marketeers and bakers! If you love fresh bread and engaging with the community, this is the perfect opportunity for you to shine.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake a variety of artisan breads, sourdough and sweets daily.
  • Engage with customers at local farmers' markets, providing free slices and product information.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery and market setup.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking of products.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions and process sales efficiently.
  • Promote seasonal products and special offers to increase sales.
