Responsibilities:

  • Prepare workstation for daily bread operations
  • Divide, shape and bake bread daily for retail locations and wholesale customers
  • Scale recipes for bread dough
  • Mix bread dough to be shaped
  • Follow existing recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness

Qualifications/Skills

  • 1+ years baking experience
  • Ability to maintain a positive atmosphere
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Basic Computer skills
Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
