Welder/Fabricator
Location: Mason, MIShift: 1st ShiftPay: $18.00–$23.00 per hour (based on experience)
Job Summary
Are you an experienced Welder/Fabricator looking to stay local and earn great pay? Join a team that specializes in new custom builds, repairs, and tearouts. In this role, you’ll work on a variety of fabrication projects each week, using your welding and metalworking skills to support highquality production.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Welder/Fabricator, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Performing MIG welding (primary), with TIG, stick, and brazing experience considered a plus.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, verbal instructions, and sample drawings to understand project specifications.
  • Measuring materials accurately (down to 1/32") and performing basic math to support fabrication tasks.
  • Operating saws, grinders, drills, flamecutting equipment, and other power tools.
  • Deburring, cleaning, and visually inspecting your welds and the welds of others to ensure quality.
  • Working on a variety of custom fabrication projects, including trailer work (experience is a plus).
What We’re Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong MIG welding experience.
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately (down to 32nds).
  • Excellent organizational skills and a positive, teamfocused attitude.
  • Ability to debur, clean, and inspect welds and materials.
Preferred Skills
  • Freehand welding: MIG (90%), TIG, stick; brazing ability helpful.
  • Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions, blueprints, and diagrams.
  • Knowledge of fabrication tools including saws, grinders, drills, and flamecutting equipment.
  • Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals.
  • Welding certifications and trailer fabrication experience are a plus.
