Job Description

As a Specialist, Bravo Development, you will be responsible for supporting NBCUniversal's Bravo Development team in the creation and execution of brand partnerships, which includes the development of sales marketing materials, ideation of creative solutions and proposals, execution of cross-platform activations with post campaign recaps, and general project management.
This position reports to the Senior Manager within the Development, Bravo team.

Duties and Responsibilities

POST-SALE AND CAMPAIGN SUPPORT:

  • Independently manage small to medium-sized complexity projects to flawless delivery including paid social campaigns and in-show billboards, play support role on medium to large complexity projects
  • Liaise with production on the tracking and coordination of branded products and materials and stay abreast of, and update when needed, production/approval timelines
  • Manage the post-sale process (recap presentations, clips, air checks and digital links and screenshots) to track program activation

MARKETPLACE INTEL + TEAM SUPPORT:

  • Assist in organizationally driven team support, i.e. create meeting agendas, distribute meeting recap notes, update tracking systems (e.g. Monday.com) of RFP and activations
  • Administer invoice process and work directly with Ad Sales Finance to manage client billing for show partnerships
  • Administer contract development, such as Brand Integration Agreements, working with Legal and BA to facilitate
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or ad sales at agency, client, media or production company - or applicable internship experience
  • Skilled in PowerPoint and other MS Office programs - Outlook/Word/Excel/SharePoint

  • Excellent writing skills including presentation development
  • Highly innovative and motivated with positive outlook and team-oriented attitude
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Bravo programming and fandom, media marketing, the sales process and creative development with interest in pursuing career in relevant field
  • Interest in new innovations and social media platforms
  • Basic Photoshop skills and video editing experience a plus

Additional Requirements:

Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
