Team Lead Aa Brasil (New Location Opening April)
Aa Brasil Lovers Ln | Dallas, TX
This position is for a Team Lead role. Previous experience in food service, retail, or shift leadership is preferred. Applicants should be comfortable training team members and helping lead shifts.

Aa Brasil is expanding and opening a new location on Lovers Ln, and we are looking for a motivated Team Lead to help lead our team and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone with food service or retail leadership experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and mentoring others. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in supporting store operations, training team members, and maintaining high service standards.

As our company continues to grow and open more locations, there will be opportunities for advancement into higher leadership roles.

Compensation
$13 $17 per hour (base pay depending on experience) + tips

Average hourly earnings including tips are typically higher depending on store traffic and performance.

Minimum availability: 30 hours per week

Schedule
Morning and afternoon shifts available.
Must be available weekends and peak hours.

Key Responsibilities
Lead shifts and support daily store operations
Provide excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience
Train and support new team members
Maintain food quality, presentation, and brand standards
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are followed
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
Operate the Square POS system and process transactions accurately
Support the team during busy periods to maintain efficient workflow
Help maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
Previous food service, caf, smoothie bar, or restaurant experience preferred
Prior shift lead or leadership experience is a plus
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual
Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
Basic math skills for cash handling
Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week
