You will be closely involved in the day-to-day delivery of campaigns, taking projects from initial client brief and creative development through pre-production, production, post-production and final delivery.The work will vary significantly in scale, from fast-turnaround, **social-first content** designed for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube through to complex, high-production-value commercial advertising campaigns.You will understand how content needs to be developed and produced differently for digital and social audiences, while maintaining strong creative, commercial and production standards.We are particularly interested in someone who understands the type of industry Dexerto operates within and has experience across **digital media, social media, gaming, entertainment, creators, technology, sports or internet culture**. You should have a strong understanding of how audiences consume content online, how platforms and formats differ, and how brands can authentically engage with those audiences.At the same time, you will bring experience delivering **full-scale commercial advertising productions**, with the ability to manage substantial budgets, professional crews, talent, locations, suppliers and demanding client requirements.Working closely with our Commercial, Creative, Marketing and Video Production teams, you will turn client objectives into compelling content that connects brands with audiences across gaming, entertainment and digital culture.You will be equally comfortable operating in creative and commercial environments, confidently managing clients, budgets, schedules, talent, crews and internal stakeholders. You will maintain a high creative standard while ensuring every campaign is delivered on time, within budget and in line with agreed objectives.The role is fully remote and must be based in the United States within the **Eastern or Central time zones**. You will regularly collaborate with colleagues based in the UK, so sufficient crossover with UK working hours is essential.Regular travel will be required for productions, client meetings, industry events and other business needs.**What You’ll Be Doing*** Lead the end-to-end production of custom branded video campaigns, from initial client brief and creative development through production, post-production and final delivery.* Take a hands-on role in the day-to-day management and delivery of productions rather than operating solely at a strategic level.* Develop and lead production approaches across a wide range of budgets and formats, from agile, platform-first social content to premium, high-production-value branded campaigns.* Ensure the scale and execution of each production are appropriate for the creative idea, client objectives, platform requirements and available budget.* Partner with Commercial, Creative, Marketing and Video Production teams to develop compelling, achievable and production-ready campaign ideas.* Translate client objectives and creative concepts into clear scopes of work, production plans, schedules and budgets.* Act as a senior client-facing production lead, managing communication, expectations, feedback and approvals throughout each campaign.* Contribute to pitches and commercial proposals by advising on production feasibility, approach, costs, timings and delivery.* Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining clear oversight of timelines, budgets, resources, deliverables and potential risks.* Lead pre-production and on-location shoots, including sourcing and managing crews, suppliers, locations, creators and talent.* Brief and coordinate internal and external creative teams, ensuring everyone has the information, resources and direction required to deliver effectively.* Oversee post-production and ensure content is optimised appropriately for different digital and social platforms.* Manage rights, releases, music licensing, usage requirements and other production-related legal and compliance matters.* Ensure all final content meets agreed creative, technical, legal, commercial and platform requirements.* Maintain consistently high production standards while delivering work on time and within budget.* Build and maintain strong relationships with production partners, freelance talent, crews and suppliers across the United States.* Contribute to improving production workflows, client experiences and opportunities for repeat business.**What We’re Looking For*** Significant senior-level experience producing **branded content, commercial advertising and digital video campaigns** within a publisher, media company, creative agency or production environment.* A **hands-on producer** who enjoys being directly involved in delivering projects and solving production challenges rather than operating solely at a strategic or executive level.* Strong experience producing **social-first content**, with an excellent understanding of platforms including TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.* Deep **digital media experience and expertise**, including a strong understanding of online audiences, platform behaviours, creators and evolving content formats.* Experience working within, or a strong understanding of, industries relevant to Dexerto, particularly **gaming, entertainment, technology, sports, creators or digital culture**.* Proven experience delivering **full-scale commercial advertising productions**, including high-production-value campaigns involving professional crews, talent, locations and external production partners.* A proven track record of managing projects across the full production lifecycle, from client brief and creative development through production, post-production and final delivery.* Strong client-facing experience, including leading meetings, presenting production recommendations and managing feedback, expectations and approvals.* Experience contributing to pitches and translating creative concepts into achievable scopes of work, budgets, schedules and production plans.* Strong financial and operational oversight, with experience managing substantial production budgets, multiple concurrent projects and complex production requirements.* Experience producing both long-form and short-form digital content.* Experience producing creator, influencer or talent-led campaigns.* An established network of production contacts, crew, suppliers and freelance talent within the United States.* Strong working knowledge of production contracts, releases, usage rights, music licensing and other legal and compliance requirements.* Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to remain calm, proactive and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.* Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to balance creative ambition with budgets, client objectives, deadlines and production realities.* Experience collaborating effectively with remote and international teams.* Ability to provide sufficient working-hours crossover with colleagues based in the United Kingdom.**Benefits***
