The Creator Studio is an end-to-end social studio within Publicis Production, connecting platform-first strategy, social-first content and agile production to deliver impactful social for our clients.
Job Description
At Publicis Production, we operate at the intersection of creativity, culture, and emerging technology-but increasingly, that starts with social-first thinking.
As a Strategy Intern, you'll get a front-row seat to how brands show up in culture today - across platforms, communities, and conversations. This role is designed for someone who is deeply tapped into social trends, digital behavior, and online communities, and is excited about turning those signals into strategic opportunities.
You'll work alongside strategists, creatives, and social experts to help shape ideas that are not just produced-but built for how people actually engage, share, and participate.
PROGRAM DETAILS
Join us for a 10-week paid internship in-person from June 8 to August 14. What you'll experience:
- Social-First Strategy Development: Learn how insights from platforms and communities translate into creative opportunities
- Trend & Culture Immersion: Exposure to real-time trends, social behaviors, and emerging cultural signals
- AI & Innovation: Explore how AI tools are shaping content, creativity, and social engagement
- In-Person Experience: Build community through events, trainings, and collaborative working sessions
Responsibilities
As a Strategy Intern, you'll support the team in developing social-led insights and culturally relevant strategy. This role is ideal for someone who is curious about why things trend, how communities engage, and what makes content resonate.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct trend research across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to identify emerging behaviors and content patterns
- Analyze community conversations, comments, and engagement signals to uncover real audience insights
- Help synthesize research into clear, culturally relevant insights and opportunities
- Support the development of social-first briefs and strategic frameworks grounded in audience behavior
- Contribute to brainstorms with ideas rooted in trends, creators, and platform-native thinking
- Help identify what's working in culture-and why-across brands, creators, and competitors
- Participate in working sessions with strategy, creative, and account teams
- Learn how strategists connect community insights to brand growth and creative impact
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is socially fluent, curious, and culture-obsessed:
- Strong interest in social media, digital culture, and online communities
- Deep curiosity about why people engage, share, and participate
- Actively follows trends, creators, and platform shifts (TikTok-native is a plus)
- Interest in strategy, marketing, and cultural insights
- Ability to synthesize information into clear, compelling points of view
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)

Compensation Range: $20 hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
