Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Drive standardization and efficiency in recruiting workflows, documentation, and candidate communication processes.
  • Ensure recruiting practices are compliant with legal and company standards, including wage, hour, and minor employment laws.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire) and use insights to recommend process improvements.

Onboarding Support & New Hire Talent Experience

How You Will Shine:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related HR field, preferably in a multi-location or retail environment.
