This role typically involves managing marketing campaigns, coordinating with creative teams, analyzing market trends, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Contract Brand Managers are brought on for specific projects or periods, providing their expertise without long-term employment commitments. Brand and Influencer Manager for Alphalete

Full Time Missouri City, TX, US

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Brand Influencer & Affiliate Manager to lead one of the most important growth channels within our business.

This is not simply a relationship management role. We are looking for someone who knows how to build, grow, and continuously improve a highโ€‘performing influencer and affiliate program that delivers measurable business results.

The right person understands that great partnerships require both strong relationships and strong accountability. You know how to advocate for creators while also protecting the interests of the brand. You're comfortable having difficult conversations, making thoughtful decisions, and maintaining high standards even when the answer isn't always easy.

You thrive in environments that are evolving. You enjoy creating structure where it doesn't exist, improving processes, using data to drive decisions, and building programs that scale.

If you believe relationships and performance can coexist, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Own

You will be responsible for the overall health, growth, and performance of our affiliate program.

This includes:

  • Developing and executing the longโ€‘term influencer and affiliate strategy.
  • Recruiting highโ€‘quality athletes, creators, and affiliates who genuinely align with our brand.
  • Building meaningful, professional relationships that create longโ€‘term partnerships.
  • Managing onboarding, contracts, communication, expectations, and ongoing support.
  • Establishing clear performance expectations for all partners.
  • Developing scorecards and performance metrics to evaluate partnership success.
  • Regularly reviewing partner performance and making recommendations to expand, coach, pause, or end partnerships when appropriate.
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing, Creative, Social Media, Product, Athlete Relations, and Leadership to align campaigns and launches.
  • Identifying growth opportunities within the affiliate program through data, trends, and industry best practices.
  • Monitoring ROI, sales attribution, engagement, conversion, and overall program.
  • Continuously improving processes, documentation, reporting, and communication across the program.
  • Representing the brand professionally while maintaining consistency, fairness, and accountability.
What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means:

  • A growing roster of highโ€‘quality creators who genuinely represent our brand.
  • Strong, professional relationships built on trust and clear expectations.
  • Increased affiliate revenue and measurable program growth.
  • Consistent recruiting of new talent that aligns with business objectives.
  • Highโ€‘performing partners are recognized and developed.
  • Underperforming partnerships are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Decisions are driven by data rather than emotion.
  • Clear reporting, scorecards, KPIs, and visibility into program performance.
  • Internal teams experience organized communication, proactive planning, and dependable execution.
Who You Are

You naturally balance empathy with accountability.

You know when to coach, when to challenge, and when it's time to move on.

You communicate directly, professionally, and respectfully.

You understand that consistency creates credibility.

You enjoy building relationships but recognize that successful partnerships require mutual performance and shared expectations.

You are comfortable making decisions even when there isn't a perfect answer.

You can navigate gray areas while remaining objective, fair, and aligned with the company's best interests.

You believe continuous improvement is part of the job, not an occasional initiative.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years managing influencer, affiliate, creator, athlete, ambassador, or partnership programs for a consumer brand.
  • Demonstrated success growing an influencer or affiliate program with measurable business impact.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate platforms, creator partnerships, campaign management, and performance reporting.
  • Experience negotiating partnerships and managing creator relationships.
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management skills.
  • Comfortable working crossโ€‘functionally with creative, marketing, product, and leadership teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and recommend action.
  • Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, or performance reporting is strongly preferred.
What We Value

We believe great partnerships are built through authenticity, trust, professionalism, and accountability.

We're looking for someone who wants to build something exceptional, not simply maintain what already exists.

As our company continues to evolve and grow, we're raising the bar across every function. We are investing in leaders who embrace ownership, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

If you're energized by building programs, elevating standards, solving problems, and making a measurable impact, we'd love to hear from you.
