Purpose of Position: The Associate Brand Manager (ABM) is a key player in the development and execution of marketing plans for assigned brands. This role is heavily focused on the planning and tactical execution of brand initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are implemented effectively and efficiently.Position Overview: The Associate Brand Managerโ€™s primary responsibilities include developing campaign strategies, effectively executing campaign strategies, managing key performance indicators that align with the overall brand strategy and working closely with external partners to ensure weโ€™re aware of PR and Marketing opportunities.Duties and Responsibilities:Market Analysis & Planning:Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing plansContribute to the development of marketing plans, including setting objectives, defining target audiences, and outlining communication strategiesDevelop detailed tactical plans for marketing campaigns, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocationCampaign Execution:Manage the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, print, events)Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., creative, sales, new product development) to ensure seamless campaign implementationMonitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.Project Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budgetDevelop and maintain project timelines, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholdersIdentify and resolve project roadblocks, escalating issues as neededKPI & Budget Management:Work with Director of Marketing and Marketing Analytics & Training Specialist to develop KPIs, report on them and make recommendations on how to improveDevelop and manage budgets for assigned projects and campaignsTrack expenses and ensure that spending aligns with approved budgetsCollaboration & Communication:Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales and product developmentCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and campaign performanceExternal PartnershipsBuild strong relationships with external partners to identify PR and marketing opportunities that align with brand strategy.Assist with determining KPIs for external partnerships to review on a quarterly basis.** This position is responsible but not limited to all the tasks and duties listed above **What Success Looks Like: Success for an Associate Brand Manager is defined by the seamless transition from insight to execution.
