Job description

We are seeking an Associate Brand Manager to join our Marketing team in St. Louis Park, MN. This role partners closely with Brand Managers, Sales, and cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights, shopper marketing, commercial execution, and brand activation initiatives across a portfolio of dairy and beverage brands. Join us and help shape the growth of trusted brands through strategic marketing, innovation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze syndicated, consumer, and shopper data to develop business reviews and growth recommendations.
  • Monitor brand performance and provide insights to optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Lead shopper marketing programs, customer activations, events, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify growth opportunities and support key retail partnerships.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution of new product launches, commercialization efforts, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment and timely execution of business priorities.
  • Support licensed brand partnerships and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage brand standards, messaging, and visual identity across marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with forecasting, inventory, and production teams to support product availability and minimize obsolescence.
  • Ensure all branding activities comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in brand marketing, trade marketing, category management, sales, or a related field.
