JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Oversee daily rental and service shop operations to drive fleet readiness, revenue performance, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage daily workflow, prioritize operational needs, and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Review and analyze operational and financial metrics to support sound decision‑making and branch performance
  • Coordinate fleet availability, maintenance, and repair activities to meet customer demand
  • Lead, coach, and support both union and non‑union employees while fostering a positive, compliant work environment
  • Ensure adherence to Safety and EPA standards across all branch operations
  • Collaborate closely with Service, Operations, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure smooth internal workflows
  • Deliver a reliable, high‑quality rental and service experience for customers
  • Drive improvements in branch efficiency, employee engagement, and overall customer experience


RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field, preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in rental operations, service/shop management, or related heavy equipment industry leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
  • Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word.
