Job description

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in customer service, operations, project coordination, and technical sales support within the waterworks industry.

As an HDPE Sales and Service Representative, you will work directly with customers to manage and support sales activities, coordinate projects, prepare quotations, process orders, and provide technical product solutions. Through hands-on experience, you will develop expertise in HDPE products while contributing to purchasing, project coordination, and overall branch success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for fusion equipment, rental assets, and related activities.
  • Coordinate HDPE fusion services, equipment scheduling, and project activities to support customer requirements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by providing timely service, product information, and technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are communicated and projects are executed effectively.
  • Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and coordinate purchasing activities while supporting customer and project needs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer service.
