Position Overview
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the branch, including daily operations, profitability, customer service, employee leadership, facility management, and business growth. This role provides strategic leadership to ensure the branch meets financial goals while maintaining a safe, productive, and customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of daily branch operations.
  • Oversee branch financial performance, including profitability, budgeting, and expense management.
  • Monitor equipment inventory and fleet utilization to maximize availability and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all Rentix Solutions policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant facility.
Sales amp; Business Development
  • Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Partner with the sales team to identify business opportunities and increase market share.
  • Develop local marketing and sales initiatives to support branch growth.
  • Provide rental solutions that meet customer needs while delivering exceptional service.
Leadership amp; Staff Management
  • Recruit, train, develop, and supervise branch employees.
  • Foster a positive culture focused on safety, accountability, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and employee development.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels to support business needs.
Financial Performance
  • Manage branch Profit amp; Loss (P amp;L) performance.
  • Control expenses while maximizing branch profitability.
  • Analyze branch performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve operational and financial goals.
Customer Service
  • Ensure exceptional customer service across all customer touchpoints.
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of management experience in equipment rental, construction equipment, heavy equipment, industrial services, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated experience managing branch operations and Profit amp; Loss (P amp;L).
  • Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management software.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as business needs require.
