Lead our Burlington Branch - and own a piece of it. Rexco Equipment is employee-owned, so the people who drive results share in them.

Base+ bonus Employee ownership (ESOP) 3 Weeks PTO to start! Full medical/dental/vision 401(k)

The Role

Run the full branch: the team, the customers, and the P&L.

  • Own the P&L, forecasting, and branch KPIs
  • Recruit, coach, and lead the team
  • Direct Sales, Service, Parts and Rental
  • Manage inventory levels, turns, and audits
  • Keep the facility, yard, and fleet sharp
  • Represent Rexco at customer and industry events

You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years related experience (a plus)
  • Strong leadership and communication
  • Comfort with budgets and forecasting
  • Microsoft Office; business systems a plus
