Job Title: Eastern Operations General Manager Hydraulics

Supervisory Area: Includes Louisiana Gulf Coast, East Coast and Upriver.

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all hydraulic operations within the assigned region. Key duties include reviewing quotes, monitoring ongoing projects, and managing change orders for each location. The role also involves coordinating employee training and certification programs to ensure compliance and skill development. Providing exceptional customer support is a critical component of this position.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve quotes to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
  • Provide support to local branches, assisting with technical and operational challenges.
  • Deliver technical expertise to resolve complex hydraulic issues and guide project execution.
  • Address manpower concerns, including resource allocation and staffing needs.
  • Coordinate and oversee training programs to maintain compliance and enhance employee skills.
  • Conduct product reviews to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
  • Perform procurement analysis to optimize purchasing decisions and cost efficiency.
  • Inspect projects to verify quality standards and adherence to specifications.
  • Pre-project, milestone, and end of project oversight or evaluation. (Ongoing to control possible issues, production, and QC)
  • Execute additional duties as assigned by the company to support organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • 10+ yearโ€™s work experience in the field of hydraulics
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Follow all safety protocols
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail
