Job description

The Branch Manager position is responsible for ensuring thatall manufacturing functions are performed in a timely, cost-effective mannerconsistent with established procedures and for overseeing all activitiesrelated to the manufacturing of company's various product lines.
EssentialDuties & Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and direct production andindirect activities to meet or exceed established production goals in acost-effective manner
Forecast staffing needs to meet demands ofthe business and staff team accordingly
Design, develop, and implement processesthat increase yield and/or improve quality
Perform workflow analysis and developmethods for the production team to meet production schedules
Develop, implement, and maintain processes,procedures, and programs to improve safety, productivity, and profitability
Implement and maintain OSHA and companyprograms and standards
Ensure employees have the required safetytraining and are consistently working in a safe manner; develop and implementsafety programs to reduce accidents and injuries
Work cooperatively to address organizationalneeds, equipment utilization and maintenance
Lead, communicate, and coach to cultivate amotivated associate environment of trust, teamwork, accountability,self-confidence, and business ownership
Ensure operational supplies are always onhand and available
Prepare all required reports and correspondence regarding productionoperations
Identify, document, and implementopportunities for continuous improvement
Communicate with cross-functional teams(engineering, customer service, purchasing, sales, etcetera) to resolve issues
