About Us:

SynapseTBI provides specialized diagnostic and treatment services for patients with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Mild Traumatic Brain Injury (mTBI), and Post-Concussion Syndrome. Our multidisciplinary team delivers advanced neurological care, innovative therapies, and coordinated treatment plans designed to support patients throughout their recovery journey.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) or Chiropractor (DC) to join our team in Missouri, traveling primarily throughout Kansas City. This role involves evaluating and treating patients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform patient evaluations and develop customized treatment plans

Deliver hands-on therapy and rehabilitation services

Work with patients experiencing TBI, vestibular issues, and musculoskeletal conditions

Collaborate with neurologists, nurse practitioners, and therapy staff

Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records

Educate patients on treatment plans and at-home exercises

Qualifications:

Active Missouri license as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Chiropractor (DC)

Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

Experience with neurological or vestibular rehab is a plus (not required)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
