Description:

The ERP Consultant is responsible for delivering high-quality Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations while building trusted client relationships and supporting successful project outcomes. This role collaborates closely with clients and internal teams to implement ERP solutions, communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle, and apply Boyer's proven delivery methodology. The ERP Consultant is committed to continuous learning, professional growth, and delivering exceptional value to every client engagement.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver ERP implementations in collaboration with the PMO team.
  • Follow Boyer's 360 Framework Project Methodology.
  • Communicate project status, issues, risks, and recommendations.
  • Create happy, referenceable clients.
  • Achieve evolving product knowledge and skills.
  • Promote and apply implementation best practices.
  • Add value to clients while maintaining a target of 36 billable hours per week

Compensation & Benefits

This role includes a base pay range listed above and is eligible for performance-based bonus or incentive compensation based on role and individual performance. Bonus opportunities are defined by work group or role and may be paid monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or annually. All bonus and incentive compensation are performance-based and not guaranteed.

Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Experience participating in multiple full lifecycle Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Business Central, including Financial Management, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Warehouse Management.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Business Central solutions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional client service.

Preferred

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate (MB-800).
  • Experience implementing Business Central solutions within manufacturing and distribution organizations.
  • Functional expertise in Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Manufacturing modules within Business Central.
  • Experience with Business Central ISVs supporting inventory, warehouse management, manufacturing, and distribution
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Previous experience working for a Microsoft Partner.
