Title Boxing Club Arlington is dedicated to helping our members become the strongest, healthiest, and most confident version of themselves. Through structured boxing/kickboxing programming and a supportive coaching culture, we transform lives every day. We’re seeking a skilled, high-energy coach who can bring passion, technique, and leadership to our team.
Position Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Boxing/Kickboxing Coach who can confidently lead small and large group classes, deliver heavy-bag technique instruction, and bring nonstop energy to every session. This role requires experience in both personal training and group fitness, along with comfort using a microphone to guide high-intensity classes. Coaches must be committed to growing their own coaching career and contributing to our Title Boxing Club 2.0 programming standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead high-energy boxing/kickboxing classes following the Title Boxing Club 2.0 framework
Coach small group, large group, and one-on-one training sessions
Demonstrate proper boxing/kickboxing strikes, defense, footwork, and bag technique
Motivate members and maintain an electrifying, results-driven environment
Engage with members before and after class to build strong community connections
Participate in basic sales interactions (class sign-ups, orientations, membership conversations)
Accept coaching and feedback with a growth mindset
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and high standards of cleanliness
Required Qualifications
Nationally accredited fitness certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, AFAA, ACSM, etc.)
Experience in personal training, group fitness, or both
Experience coaching both small and large groups
Boxing or kickboxing coaching experience with strong heavy-bag knowledge
Confident leading high-intensity classes on a microphone
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
High-energy, motivating coaching style
Passion for helping clients grow into the best version of themselves
Comfortable with sales-related conversations
Enjoys working with people and creating a welcoming training atmosphere
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior fitness studio or boutique gym experience
Strong knowledge of boxing or kickboxing fundamentals
Ability to command a room and drive member engagement
