Job description

We are seeking a Gym AM Manager with a strong background in fitness sales and marketing to oversee our boutique boxing gym, one of the busiest in Southern California with over 600 members. The ideal candidate will lead a medium-sized team, driving revenue growth while ensuring excellent member relations and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing strategies to increase gym membership and visibility
  • Manage member relations to foster a welcoming and supportive gym environment
  • Lead efforts to grow revenue through effective sales and promotional activities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance member satisfaction and retention
  • Supervise and motivate a team of 6-15 employees during morning shifts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fitness sales
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
