SUMMARY:

  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly Rebox performance metrics (inventory levels, creation trends, Rebox throughput, processing cycle time, packaging allocation, GR/GI status, and transfer activity).
  • Maintain accurate data records in SAP, WMP, and internal reporting tools; ensure serial-level accuracy and timely updates across all sites.
  • Develop dashboards, trackers, and exception reports to identify variances, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Inventory Control, and Reverse Logistics leadership to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Validate data integrity, reconcile discrepancies, and escalate data anomalies or system errors.
  • Support automation initiatives by documenting data requirements, validating outputs, and improving data capture processes.
  • Manage day-to-day Rebox operations across assigned warehouse locations, ensuring accurate classification, processing, and movement of units.
  • Monitor packaging material availability and coordinate replenishment or transfers to prevent processing delays.
  • Track site-level workload, aging inventory, and non-sellable volumes to ensure timely processing and alignment with weekly targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse leadership regarding Rebox SOPs, escalations, and operational needs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with QC, Logistics, Sales, and 3PL partners to resolve discrepancies, expedite decisions, and maintain operational flow.
  • Support execution of “moonshot”/“one-shot” initiatives by aligning warehouse actions to daily and weekly priorities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly Rebox performance metrics (inventory levels, creation trends, rebox throughput, processing cycle time, packaging allocation, GR/GI status, and transfer activity).
  • Maintain accurate data records in SAP, WMP, and internal reporting tools; ensure serial-level accuracy and timely updates across all sites.
  • Develop dashboards, trackers, and exception reports to identify variances, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate STO transfers to align packaging availability with re-boxing requirements across all warhouse locations.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 6- 8 years' experience.
  • Minimum 6-8 years' experience without a college degree
  • Advanced Excel required
  • SAP experience required
  • Understands the order life cycle as it relates to Warehouse, Logistics, and Supply Chain operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information to identify and recommend appropriate course of action.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to address issues and work through others for sustainable resolution.
  • Conduct transactional processes to facilitate customer product returns to the warehouse, under managerial supervision, making routine decisions.
  • Track and resolve shipping, warehouse, carrier, and inventory discrepancies following general guidelines, and identifying exceptions or high cost deviations for manager approval.
  • Ensure completion of processes and transaction to manage product returns, insuring accurate inventory management and timely execution of product disposition.
  • Generate, analyze, and report KPIs for business process to include days of inventory, aged inventory, rework solutions, and shipping activity supporting Reverse Logistics.
  • Identify standard problems within the delivery cycle and product life cycle to make recommendations, improve delivery methods or dates, authorize standard returns or claims, and address standard problems to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Works with the logistics team and 3PL's to coordinating activities supporting reverse logistics operations and effective inventory management.
  • Troubleshoot system discrepancies {WMP & GMP (SAP)} transactional issues to insure effective inventory management, working with logistics and SAP MIS teams to address system issues or enhancements.
  • As necessary, complete SAP WMS new process testing, training, and implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for system and process training and support to complete.
  • Support bi-annual physical inventories completed at warehouse sites across the network.
  • Project Coordinator for various operations projects supporting Reverse Logistics initiatives.
  • Experience with materials management, master scheduling, or production planning helpful.
  • Order management and customer service experience helpful.
  • Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations helpful.
  • Able to read, prepare, interpret, and understand logistics documentation to ensure accuracy and determine actions for customer returns processing and resolution.
  • Works on problems of routine scope requiring data analysis and reporting from system and non-system sources.
  • Exercises judgment within defined practices and policies in selection of methods and techniques to determine solutions.
  • Possesses general knowledge of logistics operations related to order management, logistics operations, and inventory controls.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • This position is based at the Samsung Warehouse in Santa Ana, California.
  • Due to the nature of the business, this role requires the incumbent to be available Monday through Friday during business hours.
  • Must be able to work after-hours or weekends as needed.
  • May be required to travel within the United States.
  • Ability to work within a warehouse environment as necessary.
