Nashville, TN • On-site

Part-time

Posted 26 days ago

Job description

Position Overview

We've launched a new hybrid class, Box + Sculpt, blending our signature boxing format with a mat-based, Pilates-inspired sculpt session — and we're looking for dynamic coaches to bring it to life.

A TITLE Hybrid Coach leads high-energy classes that combine heavy-bag boxing rounds with Pilates-inspired core work and sculpt sequences. You don't need to be a boxing expert on day one — we'll teach you our fundamentals. What matters most is your ability to motivate, connect, and deliver an unforgettable group fitness experience.

If you're a Pilates, yoga, sculpt, barre, or group fitness instructor who loves coaching form, flow, and energy, you'll thrive here.

About TITLE

At TITLE Boxing Club, we believe in creating not only better boxers but better people. Our classes empower members to conquer their goals through a mix of boxing, strength, and now sculpt training. We're on a mission to uplift, motivate, and help our community "throw a punch at whatever life throws at us."

Brand Standards & Responsibilities
  • On-Brand Classes: Prepare for and deliver on-brand classes using our daily programming
  • Connect and Engage: Arrive early and stay post-class to connect with our team, members, and first-timers
  • Professional Development: Attend monthly staff meetings and development workshops
  • Lead by Example: Move with the class to elevate energy and demonstrate proper technique
  • Team Player: Assist the front of house with pre- and post-class responsibilities
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • CPR and First Aid certification highly preferred
  • A nationally accredited fitness certification preferred (ACE, NASM, AFAA, ACSM, NETA, Yoga Alliance, Pilates certifications, barre certifications, etc.)
  • Background in Pilates, yoga, sculpt, barre, functional training, or group fitness strongly encouraged
  • Boxing experience a plus, but not required — we'll train you
  • 1-2+ years of group fitness experience preferred
  • Ability to deliver an energetic, motivating class
  • Willingness to coach 2-3+ classes per week
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
  • Sufficient availability to be a true contributor to the team, including covering classes when a sub is needed
