Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Reviews prep sheets for food preparation
• Begins and completes baking/food preparation
• Assembles catering food in baskets, trays and bowls
• Makes deliveries by vehicle or by foot as assigned
• Responsible for breakfast and lunch preparation and set up for next day orders
• Works FOH or BOH as required (secondary functions listed below)
• Responsible for clean-up duties
• Empties trash as required
Secondary Functions; Expo, Cashier, Dishwasher, Line Cook
Highlighted tasks include:
• Maintains abundant FOH displays and condiment stations
• Checks bathrooms
• Busses tables
• Prepares food to spec and order request
• Responsible for maintaining accurate cash flow and integrity of financial transactions
• Prepare and organize food for delivery to guest
Requirements:
Job Specifications and Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent or in process of completing same
• Must be able to complete CBC driver training, pass a MVR according to CBC standards and maintain a valid drivers' license with insurance
• State Foodhandler card/ServSafe certification as applicable
• Preferably a minimum of 3 months' work experience in a guest service capacity. Restaurant or retail environment preferred
• Possess strong guest service and communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Must be proficient in basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
