Job description

Join our team of culinary experts and help us create delicious and nutritious meals for our professional athletes. As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals that will fuel our players and help them perform at their best. You will work closely with our Head Chef and other members of our culinary team to ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standard and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of high-quality meals for professional athletes
  • Follow recipes and instructions provided by the Head Chef
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standard, and meets nutritional requirements for professional athletes
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with other members of the culinary team to create new and exciting menu items

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Prep Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
