About the role:

We are looking for a Boutique Facilitator, someone passionate about providing the highest standards of service and will be trained to be well-rounded in all activities within the Boutique. They will be crucial to the success of the operations within the Boutique. As a multi-functional, "generalist" support role, the Boutique Facilitatorassiststhe sales associates, and the boutique to maximize client-facing time and will support all areas of the Boutique as needed.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service based onCHANEL's service mantra, including welcoming and greeting all clients, including hosting

  • Be the ultimate brand ambassador by providing continuous sales andservice support

  • Assistingand supporting Fashion Advisors with packaging

  • Support opening and closing of registers andassistwith handling cash and deposits

Position Logistics:

  • Heart of House:Requires in-store presence tofacilitatethe opening and closing of the boutique; the receiving of inventory; shipping of product to support sales to ensureoptimalclient service

Compensation:

  • Theanticipatedhourly rate range for this position is $25.50 through $28.00. Base salary is onecomponentof the total compensation for this position. Other components [may/will] includeadditionalcompensation, benefits, andperks.
