Renewal Oasis is a physician-founded luxury wellness destination where science meets serenity. We combine medical aesthetics, wellness, recovery, and luxury hospitality to create personalized experiences that help our guests look, feel, and live their best.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Injector (RN or Nurse Practitioner) to join our founding team as we prepare for our grand opening. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the clinical experience and culture of a new, high-end wellness center from the very beginning.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform injectable treatments, including neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport,) and dermal fillers.
- Perform PRP and microneedling procedures, as trained and credentialed.
- Administer IV hydration and wellness injections, as permitted by licensure.
- Educate guests on treatment options, skincare, and wellness services.
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation.
- Deliver an exceptional hospitality-driven guest experience.
- Collaborate with physician leadership to ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient safety.
Qualifications
- Current Minnesota RN or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
- Minimum of two years of aesthetic injecting experience preferred.
- Proficiency with neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
