Job description

About the Role & Team
Join our luxury spa group and take the lead in driving in-spa sales across premium aesthetic services, including Cryo-Facial, Botox, fillers, and other advanced treatments. As a Sales Manager, you will oversee the in-spa sales team, focus on client engagement, and ensure daily sales goals are consistently met. This is a pivotal role where your leadership directly impacts revenue and the client experience. Opportunities exist to grow into a Travel Sales Manager role, supporting other spa locations as needed.

You will report to the Regional Sales Director.
This is a Full-Time position.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and coach the in-spa sales team to achieve daily sales quotas

  • Engage with clients post-treatment to sell, upsell, and cross-sell luxury services and packages

  • Align team members with sales goals and provide mentorship to drive results

  • Track scheduled clients and maintain accurate records in the CRM system

  • Support other spa locations as a Travel Sales Manager when assigned, with travel expenses covered

  • Represent the spa brand professionally and uphold exceptional service standards

What You'll Bring
