Job description

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish–English) Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a growing healthcare practice in Atlanta, GA. The provider will deliver high-quality patient care in a primary care setting and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

This role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and additional compensation opportunities.


Schedule

  • 4 days per week
  • Approximately 36–40 hours per week


Business Hours

  • Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sunday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM


Compensation

  • $60 – $65 per hour
  • Training Pay: $45 per hour during the training period


Benefits

  • After 90 days: 50% coverage for medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Malpractice coverage provided


Vacation

After one full year of employment:

  • 1 week of vacation
  • 2 sick days
  • 2 family emergency days


Training Opportunities

After 6 months, providers may receive training in:

  • Fillers
  • Hormone replacement therapy


Additional Compensation

After 6 months, providers receive 50% of Botox patient revenue after expenses and taxes.


Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
  • At least 1 year of experience in primary care or urgent care
  • Experience in women’s health
  • Ability to see pediatric patients
