Dermatologist - Boston Medical Center Brighton
Position Summary
Boston Medical Center Brighton is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join our expanding Dermatology practice. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered dermatologic care within a collaborative health system committed to clinical excellence, health equity, and community service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, including skin cancer screenings, biopsies, and minor dermatologic procedures.
  • Manage a general dermatology patient panel, with the option to incorporate special areas of interest.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across the BMC Health System to coordinate care.
  • Deliver culturally competent, equitable care to a diverse patient population.

Position Highlights
  • Full-time outpatient position.
  • Monday-Friday schedule with no overnight call.
  • Strong clinical support, including experienced nursing and medical assistant teams.
  • Opportunity to build a clinical niche or help develop new services based on expertise.

Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree.

Compensation range: $331,495 - 544,566
The base salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to clinical FTE, qualifications, experience, education, board certifications, specialty, training, and scope of practice. The above hiring range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Any eligible incentive compensation is not included in the above compensation range and will be discussed during the interview process.
