Job Description

The Communications Specialist will support the execution of internal and external communications programs for Bosch Home Comfort Group Americas. Report to the Head of Communications, this role will develop, edit, and distribute content that informs, engages, and connects employees and key stakeholders while helping advance business priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content, updates, and source content
  • Maintain editorial calendars and support communications planning activities
  • Write, edit, and format content for monthly newsletters, email announcements and updates.
  • Own end-to-end production of digital employee newsletters and email communications, including content assembly, editing, layout, approval workflows, and distribution
  • Publish and maintain content on internal communication channels and intranet platforms
  • Assist with distribution list management
  • Support communications for major business initiatives, events, and campaigns
  • Ensure consistency with Bosch brand and communication standards
Qualifications

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in communications, internal communications, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related discipline
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a superior attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailjet, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and working with executives
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and problem-solving mindset

Preferred

  • Experience with SharePoint, intranet platforms, and Microsoft 365 tools
  • Experience working with distribution lists 
  • Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Express, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) 
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot preferred
  • Video production
  • Knowledge of AP style
