Job Overview:

Pay Range: $75.00hr - $80.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Deep business process knowledge and extensive experience delivering SAP S/4HANA manufacturing solutions.
  • Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP).
  • Expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM).
  • Expertise in SAP ATP / Advanced ATP (aATP).
  • Experience with MRP Live.
  • Experience with Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Demand Management, and Production Scheduling.
  • Experience integrating SAP PP with SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP EWM, SAP WM, SAP QM, SAP PM, SAP TM, and SAP IBP.
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO, APIs, IDocs, and OData.
  • 20+ years of SAP PP/MM experience.
  • Experience with at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end planning and manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure seamless integration across procurement, manufacturing, inventory, and order fulfillment.
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP Production Planning solutions including Material Master, BOM, Routings, Production Versions, Work Centers, and Production Orders.
  • Configure and optimize MRP Live and Classic MRP.
  • Support Demand Management, Long-Term Planning, and Engineering Change Management (ECM).
  • Optimize production scheduling and capacity planning.
  • Configure and optimize SAP ATP/aATP functionality including Product Availability Check, ABC, BOP, PAL, and Release for Delivery.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to optimize order fulfillment.
  • Configure and support Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Material Valuation.
  • Design and support integration between SAP PP and modules such as MM, SD, EWM, WM, QM, PM, TM, and IBP.
  • Analyze current manufacturing processes and recommend SAP best practices.
  • Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects.
  • Conduct business process workshops and gather business requirements.
  • Prepare Functional Specifications and review Technical Specifications.
  • Support Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Execute cutover planning, go-live activities, and provide Hypercare support.
