About the opportunity
As a Seasonal Customer Advisor, you'll be at the heart of the action, helping customers find the perfect gift, discover great offers and get what they need for the celebrations ahead.
You'll be the friendly face customers turn to for advice and support, creating feel-good moments that make a real difference and keep them coming back all year round.
This is an important role where you'll help deliver a great experience for our customers. It's also a fast-paced and active role where priorities can change quickly throughout the day.
You won't just be helping customers on the shop floor. You'll also support deliveries, replenish stock, and help keep the store looking its best.
Working in store is a real team effort, so you'll need to be flexible and ready to step into different areas to keep things running smoothly. You'll feel good knowing you're playing your part and enjoy a strong sense of teamwork and fun as everyone pulls together during our busiest season.

This is a temporary role, with the potential for longer-term opportunities depending on local availability.
What you'll be doing
You will:
  • Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
  • Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
  • Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
  • Replenish stock and keep shelves full 
  • Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
  • Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
  • Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
What you'll need to have (our must-haves)
  • Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
  • Customer-focused - enjoys talking to people and helping customers have a great experience.
  • Team player - supports others and cares about team success.
  • Operations ready - comfortable balancing customer service with stock, fulfilment and shop floor tasks.
  • Proactive attitude - sees what needs doing and takes ownership.
  • Resilient - stays positive and focused during busy periods.
  • Energy and stamina - keeps energy high throughout long, active shifts.
  • Confident asking questions - asks for help when needed to get things right.
