Job description

Rinvio is hiring a Backhoe Operator for full-time construction work supporting concrete cutting, demolition, and excavation jobs across Oxnard, Sylmar, and surrounding Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and Ventura County areas.

This role operates a CAT backhoe in active field environments and supports crews with excavation, site movement, job setup, and production work tied to concrete cutting and demolition projects. The right person will be dependable, safety-minded, comfortable around heavy equipment, and able to work professionally with field crews and supervisors.

Candidates should have at least five years of construction experience, a Class A license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 90 pounds and pass a pre-employment physical. Demo experience and forklift, boom lift, or scissor lift certifications are a plus.
