Overview
This multi-brand Sales position is responsible for the daily, tactical, and operational execution of Unrivaled Teamwear's Drop Ship/Direct-to-Consumer business, supporting Key Account Managers and working in close partnership with the Digital Merchandiser, who owns assortment strategy and leadership/customer-facing presentations for the program. This self-motivated, results-oriented, highly organized specialist keeps the Drop Ship business running accurately day to day - from item and UPC setup through site auditing and inventory checks - across all bookstore and retail accounts. This individual must strive to achieve business plans, execute core competencies, and develop direct working relationships with internal team members and key customer contacts to drive positive outcomes.

Essential Duties
Item Setup & Data Management
  • Own item and UPC setup for all new and updated Drop Ship styles across customer systems
  • Develop and distribute product setup forms, web images, and marketing assets to customers
  • Manage customer portal(s), ensuring items, pricing, and content are entered accurately and on schedule
  • Check inventory availability and feed accuracy to ensure listed assortments are in stock and orderable

Site Auditing & Content
  • Conduct consistent, ongoing auditing of customer websites to confirm assortments, pricing, and content are live and correct
  • Write and maintain web product descriptions in line with brand and customer standards
  • Send and proof web images for accuracy prior to and after customer upload
  • Flag and resolve content or setup discrepancies with the Digital Merchandiser and customer contacts

Account Support & Operations
  • Represent Sales as the day-to-day contact for current and new Drop Ship accounts on operational matters
  • Serve as liaison between customers, customer service, and production planning to manage order flow and lead times
  • Maintain constant communication and daily business management with Drop Ship contacts at key accounts
  • Work directly with Sales/Brand leads and the Digital Merchandiser to onboard new accounts operationally

Reporting & Collaboration
  • Build, manage, and distribute weekly/monthly/annual reporting in partnership with the Digital Merchandiser and sales analysts
  • Assist the Digital Merchandiser and Brand leads with input and suggestions on assortment creation based on frontline customer and site insight
  • Partner with Sales and Brand leads on seasonal/monthly forecasts
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create and refine operational best practices and efficiencies

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of sales support, sales analytics, e-commerce operations, or related experience
  • Understanding of sales terminology and reporting metrics
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Shared Drives/Files
  • Comfort working within customer web portals and back-end item/UPC setup systems
  • Demonstrates effectiveness in organization and management of multiple projects
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Team and partnership understanding and mentality
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment
