We are service-focused, relationship-driven, and committed to providing practical, high-quality accounting and tax services. Our team works closely together, values flexibility, and takes pride in building long-term client relationships.
We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting operations, and working closely with both clients and our professional staff.

Job Responsibilities Include
Client Accounting & Bookkeeping
  • Maintain accounting records using QuickBooks Online
  • Record and reconcile bank and credit card transactions
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities
  • Review financial information for accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and supporting schedules
Client Support
  • Communicate directly with clients to obtain information and resolve accounting questions
  • Assist clients with QuickBooks Online and accounting-related issues
  • Work closely with our accounting and tax professionals to support client needs
