Millwell Collective is looking for an experienced, dependable, and community-minded Bookkeeper to join our team in Redmond, Oregon.

About the Role

As our Bookkeeper, you will play an important role in keeping the financial side of the business organized, accurate, and running smoothly. You'll work closely with our team and have the opportunity to become a trusted and valued member of our business.


This is a full-time, in-person position in Redmond, Oregon, ideal for someone who enjoys working alongside people and being part of a local business rather than working remotely from behind a screen.


Responsibilities may include:
  • Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records
  • Maintaining accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
  • Recording and categorizing financial transactions
  • Preparing financial reports and assisting with month-end close
  • Managing payroll and payroll-related bookkeeping
  • Working in QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial information
  • Processing and managing payroll through Gusto
  • Assisting with invoicing, payments, and other administrative financial tasks
  • Helping maintain organized financial documentation and records
  • Supporting the owners and team with financial information as needed
  • Identifying discrepancies and helping resolve bookkeeping issues
  • Maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment with sensitive financial information

    We're looking for an experienced bookkeeper who can hit the ground running.


    Required:

    • At least 5 years of professional bookkeeping experience
    • Strong experience with QuickBooks
    • Hands-on experience with Gusto payroll
    • Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting
    • Excellent attention to detail and organization
    • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Reliability, discretion, and a high level of integrity
    • Comfortable working in person as part of a small team
