  • Open, maintain, and close client files while ensuring accurate document management and record-keeping.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems while ensuring legal documents and client information remain accurate, accessible, and confidential.
  • Support clients throughout their experience with Clarity Law by providing professional, responsive, and compassionate service.

2. Practice Operations

  • Coordinate workflows, monitor deadlines, and help ensure client files continue progressing in a timely manner.
  • Manage calendars, prioritize competing responsibilities, and anticipate administrative needs that support the daily operation of the practice.
  • Support the day-to-day operation of the office, including office administration, vendor coordination, supplies, and general organization.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen office efficiency, and support the continued evolution of the practice.
  • Complete business-related errands and administrative tasks, including banking, post office visits, court filings, and other duties that support the daily operation of the practice.

3. Financial & Administrative Support

  • Prepare invoices and assist with accounts receivable and administrative bookkeeping activities.
  • Maintain accurate financial, client, and administrative records in accordance with office procedures.
  • Support trust and general accounting processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality.
