Located in Sun Prairie, WI
Salary: $25-32/hr
Our client located in Sun Prairie is looking to add a bookkeeper to their team! This company is an HVAC contractor who provides services to both the commercial and industrial industries. This is a key role to the organization as their CPA is looking to retire. Must be able to talk accounting but also work with the crew in the shop for part numbers, job numbers, payroll, etc.
Pay: $25 -$32 /hour based on experience
Hours: Start between 7am-8am (flexible schedule)
Work includes:
  • Process checks
  • Enter and process billing
  • Set up billing in the system
  • Enter payroll once a week
  • Match jobs in the payroll system with QuickBooks to match job numbers, etc
  • Update parts prices and inventory in QuickBooks

Qualifications:
  • AP and bookkeeping experience
  • QuickBooks experience is a must!
  • Experience working with the trades would be a plus
